If you feel uncomfortable talking to a local counsellor or doctor, contacting another professional organisation may help, as they can offer the best advice, while keeping your information confidential. They are well trained in a broad range of subjects from alcoholism to child abuse. There are various organisations like this all over the world, and we have chosen a few of the more well known groups to put down here. Please note that some of the organisations may be aimed at a specific age group, so be sure to check out the website first.
If you are still uncomfortable with contacting these organisations, feel free to contact us (click the "email me" button on the side). All information will be kept confidential, and you may remain anonymous, however, please note, that we are not qualified professionals.
Note on Freecall services:
Freecall numbers are exactly that - free when you call from a home phone or a payphone, and in some cases, mobiles. This means that the number will not be listed on phone bills, whether mobile or phone.
However:
Not all calls from mobile phones are free, and you should check with your mobile phone provider before calling from a mobile.
Please select your country from the index below. If you would like to recommend any other organisations, or add in your national service(s), please comment or email us.
Thank you.
